Abstract submission will open on March 1, 2017


Abstract submission is free of charge. Registration fee must be paid by May 15, 2017 at the latest to secure the presentation during the Conference and the publication in the Book of Abstracts.


The requirements for an abstract text are as follows.
• Language: English
• Paper size: A5. Fields: 2 cm on bottom and left side, 1.5 cm on top side, 1 cm on right side

 Title: Times New Roman, 12 pt;  

• Authors: Times New Roman, 10 pt;  

• Organization: Times New Roman, 10 pt;

• Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt;  line spacing: single; no extra spacing between paragraphs

• Size: no more than 2 pages, including tables and illustrations, if any

Text of an abstract should be sent as a file in Microsoft Word (Office 97, 2000, XP, 2003 versions) or RTF format.
Attention! While sending an abstract, you must include abstract title, authors' names etc. in the text file. 


How to submit an abstract 

Abstract Submission Process

You need to enter to your Personal Account using you login and password that you received by e-mail after registration and go to section “Submission of abstracts”. If you have not registered yet, please, go to Online Registration. Perform the following steps:

·         1. Log in to your Personal Account - "Abstracts" field.

·         2. Select preferable form of presentation (oral or poster).

·         3. Select the Session.

·         4. Add the abstract title.

·         5. Add the authors. The reporting author should be first.

·         6. Add text of your abstract in Microsoft Word (97, 2000, XP, 2003 versions) or RTF format.

·         7. After pressing “Save” in table you can see your uploaded abstract.

·         8. You can delete abstract and upload new text.

Important! In the process of filling any text fields use only digits, basic punctuation and basic Latin alphabet without diacritics. It is not allowed to use apostrophe ' or quotation mark " but these should be replaced by single ` or double `` grave accent sign.


All abstracts should be submitted only through the Personal Account. Abstract sent directly at the conference secretariat or technical partner by e-mail will not be considered.


Registration fee includes publishing one abstract (as the first author) in the book of Abstracts. 


Oral presentations
The presentations should be made in Microsoft PowerPoint format (Office 97, 2000, XP, 2003 versions). If you need a special equipment or software to make a presentation, please, contact with Technical Secretariat.

Poster presentations
Posters should have vertical orientation. Their sizes should not exceed 1 meter wide by 1.5 meter high.
